Legacy Pro Plans

After hearing feedback from our customers, starting in 2022, we've adjusted our Pro plan with new pricing and features.

Our current Pro plan includes the following for $10.99 monthly and $109.90 annually:

• Rooms without custom subdomains

• 3 rooms with capacity for 100 people

• Customizable branding so rooms fit with your brand

• Integrations with Trello, Google Docs, YouTube, and Miro

• Recording included for all rooms

Note: Currently, it is only possible to remove an add-on at the end of your billing cycle. If you wish to remove an add-on outside this period, please drop an email to support@whereby.com and we will take care of it for you!

Below are instructions based on your plan type for how to migrate to the current plan. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via the help button on your account's Dashboard.

These plans would have the ability to create 3 or more rooms and cost $10.99/monthly or more, if you're subscribed to any add-ons. Follow these steps to subscribe to the current plan:

1. Navigate to the Subscription section of your dashboard.

2. Select "Edit" and then "Cancel Subscription".

3. Wait until the end of your billing period, as noted on the Subscription page.

4. Return to the Subscription section of your Dashboard and follow the instructions to upgrade to the current Pro Plan.

These plans would include a subdomain in the URL, for example "https:// subdomain.whereby.com/". They cost $9.99 per license/monthly. Follow these steps to subscribe to the current plan:

1. First, make sure you've selected the correct account.

   

2. Navigate to the Subscription section of your dashboard.

   

3. Select "Edit" and then "Cancel Subscription".

4. Wait until the end of your billing period, as noted on the Subscription page.

5. Use the account picker to select your Free account.

6. Go to the Subscription section of your Free account Dashboard and follow the instructions to upgrade to the current Pro Plan.
